Laptops have evolved from being just a usage and utility product to an essential lifestyle product. To cash in on this changing perception, Dell launched a laptop with inter-changeable covers. These covers can be used to suit different occasions and user moods. The campaign was undertaken to communicate this feature and promote various cover designs to consumers.


The campaign ran in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai & Bangalore. A prototype of the laptops with different covers was created by the agency according to the designs provided by Dell and these were mounted on the pole kiosks to give the consumer a realistic experience.

The biggest challenge faced by the team was the monsoon season during which the campaign was executed. Due to incessant rains which go on for 2-3 days the team had a herculean task of mounting the prototypes on the kiosks and maintaining them. With close monitoring and continuous supervision the team ensured the success of the campaign.


The campaign was very well received and appreciated by the client. Kinetic has received a breakthrough as the preferred OOH agency for Dell with this innovation and successful campaign.
